I am writing this letter on behalf of Mrs. Perla L. Adaza, claimant of Lot 19, CAD 841-D located at Brgy. Poblacion Taytay Palawan requesting from your good office a certification of the status of the land. This aforementioned certification will be used as one of documentary requirements in our free patent application pursuant to DENR AO 2021-38 and for the confirmation of imperfect title under RA 11573. With this, we are hoping for your reply and kind consideration of our request.
