Dear Esperanza Carreon,
I refer to my letter of Mar 05, 2020 04:47:54 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for LPCI EDUC/MSB/TP Trust Fund Financial Statement.
Please note that the Presidential Communications Office (PCOO) suspended the period to resolve FOI requests due to COVID-19, specifically those new requests made from 13 March 2020 and all those that remained pending until the imposition of Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), until such time that ECQ is lifted and work in the Executive branch of government attained normalcy. With PCOO FOI Advisory No. 04, s. 2020, processing requests resumed on 01 June 2020 or when GCQ became effective.
We have started working again on requests under FOI and we apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. Our Loyola Plans Conservator's team needs more time to respond to the request due to the delay of reports coming from the trust banks which are needed in the financial statement.
We hope to be able to send you a response on or before July 07 2020 04:47:54 PM.
Should you have any questions regarding your request, kindly contact me using the reply function on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHAsSB0NvbnRlbnQiD0lDLTk5ODMwNjk4NzgyMww, for request with ticket number #IC-998306987823.
