Good Day!
I am Lucban, Reah Mae R, a fifth-year B.S. Architecture student of National University, Manila. I am writing an undergraduate thesis entitled Prison School: A healing thru architecture. The project is being conducted under the supervision of my adviser, architect and environmental planner Adrian Tumang. My objective is to lower the rate of recidivism here in the Philippines to rehabilitate the inmates and to create a functional spaces for them. The research came up with the hypothesis that education is deterrent in imprisonment.
Under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, Freedom of Information Order, I am writing to request your good office for the following public information/records for my data gathering:
• List of Cities with Lower Enrollment Rate
• List of Cities with High Drop Out Rate
Any data and information that will be given to me will be a great help for my thesis writing program to know where the proposed project will be suitable based on the data you will provide.
If possible, I would like to request a waiver of all fees, if any, for searching or copying the public information/records mentioned above as these will be used for academic purposes only.
