Hi would like to ask if would be abel to check if this property is legally registered to LRA? They only provided us a copy of the DENR certification that the land has no Public Land Application. Im not sure what that means but we really want to check any info since they are developing the lot for a subdivision. Lot 2254, MCad 585, Module 2, Case 2, Lungsod Silangan Cadastre. Lot owner is Leonardo M. Real Location is in Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City Thank you so much
March 7, 2023 Dear Eva Carina, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 12, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Lot Title (DENR). Response to your request Considering that the subject lot has not application to the DENR, it means that the property has no title yet. Hence, you may either go to the Assessor's Office where the property is located to ask for assistance, i.e. Tax Declaration; and the DENR for some other documents for possible (complete) identification of the subject lot. LRA can probably assist you if the aforesaid property is already titled. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the DENR/Bureau of Lands at denr.gov.ph, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on their eFOI portal. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the DENR/Bureau of Lands. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Respectfully, LRA CENTRAL - MAIN FOI Officer
