Dear DENR, May I request for a cadastral plan and original OCT No./ Homestead Patent No. of Lot 905 and 906 named under my grandfather, Santiago Bondalo located at Brgy. Carolina, Naga City, Camarines Sur, 4400. As per research on the vicinity and local personnel of the agency, the said lot 905 and 906 are named under SANTIAGO BONDALO. As per reserach in the local ROD and City Assessors Office, there was no yet tax declaration for the said lot numbers though it appears in the DENR local office. Thus, for clarity and possible tax application, may we request for the said above. Thank you.
