July 17, 2021 Dear Jetro, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 17, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked this office to track the location of your lost cellphone. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office determined that your request should be addressed to the concerned Telecommunications Service Centers. This office does not have the capability or equipment to track the personal information or location of the cellphone number of any subscriber. However, you can request us to recommend it for blocking the lost cellphone number. In view thereof, you visit our Citizens Charter for the procedures and requirements for that matter at www.ntc.gov.ph. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to: GAMALIEL A.
