I lost my phone. It was Vivo v17 pro. I got it in December 2019. It is my second loan. I have now a 12-month instalment plan. Can I negotiate to pay less, even the principal amount only. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you in anticipation. Sent from my iPhone
February 10, 2020 Dear Julius Jem, Greetings! Please note that this is a regular request and does not fall under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). Regarding your concern, please be informed that the seller cannot be held liable for an item/product that is lost due to no fault of the seller. Replacement, refund, and/or reduced payment request in such case depends on the policy of the store. You may coordinate with the store, however, it will be their jurisdiction to offer goodwill to their customers. We hope we have clarified the matter. Thank you. Respectfully, Grethel Mendoza FOI Officer
