In my most recent employer, I am holding petty cash for emergency expenses to be used in our department. I have uploaded scanned copy of the ORs from various stores before my perty cash will be replenished. During the clearance process, I found out that some of the hard copies of my ORs were missing and cannot be located so I executed Affidavit of Loss for those ORs that cannot be retrieved anymore. My question is will BIR accept the Affidavit of Loss that I have executed in replacement to the lost ORs since there is a scanned copies of the ORs uploaded to the company's accounting system.
