(1) Hi I would like asked for some 2nd DOLE-AKAP financial assistance for as I didn't have any schedule yet to go back in the cruise ship (2) in addition I'm in surigao del sur affected by typhoon Odette and haven't get any financial assistance as I don't have job as OFW
