Hi I would like to inquire if I could acquire a copy of my Notice of Admission. I took the Professional board exams on September 25 2016 and I have lost my NOA over the years. I would like to do my oath taking and process my license but I do not have my application number with me. On that regard, I would also like to inquire if I can reacquiring my NOA. I do have a copy of my results which was sent to me when I passed my exam. I greatly appreciate your help and thank you for your time. Enjoy your day!
