hi i would like to ask for your help, how can i get another copy of national i.d. since my wallet is lost/stolen and it has my national i.d. in it..

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
