Good day! I would like to request a copy of my High School diploma that was lost due to frequent changes of residential address. I graduated last 2012 from Notre Dame of Jolo for Girls. I went to the school already and they informed me that they will not be able to provide me with a new one. I needed a copy of my high school diploma for my application to go abroad.
