Purpose: For me to regain access to my LTMS portal account.

I would like to request Ma'am/Sir to unlock my lto portal account so that I can access it again. I am currently unable to access the email account i used in my lto portal that is why I cannot request for a password change nor an unlock link. I have found my password in my lto portal account but i can no longer access it since it has been locked due to my failed attempts of accessing it. My LTO client number is 23-000101-7796329. I hope for your kind consideration, thank you.
