Location of "Desk Sergeants Log books" pre-2017 Dipolog City Police Station, ZDN, that according to the Desk Sergeant were recently removed from front desk where they normally are stored, and where post-2017 Desk Sergeant Log Books still remain at the front desk. On 18 August I personally saw the Post-2017 books sitting behind the front desk were they are normally stored, and they were inspected by a witness and both video and photos were taken showing Post-2017 books still intact.
Have they been sent to the National Archives? If disposed please provide Authorization from Executive Director

Attached Official request 16 August 2022 to view Desk Sergeant Log Books to recover Statement given to PNP Dipolog City Police Station in October 2008 in relation to the Attempt on my life, and Entry made in Desk Sergeants Log after Investigator REFUSED to enter it in the Official Blotter book. Request was refused and we were told there is no such things as a Desk Sergeants Log, so on 18 August 2022, we went back to the Dipolog Police Station with video camera filming, and looked at the shelves at the front desk as you walk in, the Desk Sergeants Desk, and there they were, exactly where my father said they would be, but all books prior to 2017 had recently been removed according to the Desk Sergeant, and he did not know where they were taken. How recent? We are not sure, but possibly two days earlier when they were presented the Affidavit/Request. These documents/Logs/Books are protected under RA9470, and I would like to know their exact location, and lets just prey they have not been disposed of illegally

Officially Requested several times under FOI on this website for the names and corresponding photos of the Investigators employed at Dipolog Police Station in 2008, to identify a criminal, the corrupt PNP Officer that refused to let me father and yaya do a Blotter in 2008, and my Rights were withheld with knowingly false Imputations that I was not a Filipino Citizen, when the FOI FDM knew I was and even confirmed it to me in writing in a signed letter ten days prior to making false imputations about my Citizenship Status. Where are the Desk Sergeant Logs Books been relocated to, please answer, these are Public Documents, and it is my legal right to know and states that in RA9470 Section 15: Inventory of Public Records - "Heads of all government departments, bureaus, agencies and instrumentalities concerned shall endeavor and ensure the full public accessibility of said registry"

Could you kindly follow the law when dealing with my Request for FOI, as the law has not been followed in the past; Please ensure the Receiving Officer sends me a Stamped/Sealed Receipt confirming the Receipt of my Application, and puts their name on the Receipt, and informs me of who the responsible officer will be.
This also applies to the Decision maker; Please ensure your name is included as required by law, not FDM or FOI Officer. If you are unaware of the Laws they can be found in RA11032 - Section 9

Dear BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN, I have received a notification that you have Extended the time to process my FOI Request and you stated the reason for the delay is "the date is being collected briefly"
What exactly does that mean "collected briefly" as that is not English and makes no sense?
What is the reason for the delay, as my Request is only for the location of the Desk Sergeants Log books prior to 2017, which were recently relocated from the front desk of Dipolog Police Station.
One of these books contains evidence in my Attempted Murder and evidence of the concealment of a serious crime by the PNP Investigator on duty at the time.
My witnesses had no make their Blotter in the Desk Sergeants Log, as the PNP Investigator refused to write it in the Official Blotter Book, which is serious Obstruction, Corruption, making him (the Investigator) an Accessory to my Attempted Murder.
The Chief of Dipolog Police Station, PLTCOL EDWIN VERZON, was presented an Affidavit on August 16, 2022, and he then stated no books exist, but we discovered that his statement was factually incorrect. See attached photo

Dear BGEN NEIL ALINSANGAN,
My Request has been marked successful, as of course it is my Constitution Right for this information, yet, you have not provided the location where the Desk Sergeant log books have been relocated too. EDWIN VERZON was presented an Affidavit on August 8, 2022 (which I attached) stating where these books were located, and he stated no such books exist, which was a complete lie, and obstruction of Justice, as I saw them and I even provided a photo taken on August 11, 2022 of the books post 2017, exactly where he was told they would be. We were advised the post 2017 books we are searching for were recently relocated. Where are they? This will be used in Court for imminent Criminal Charges if the concealment and obstruction continues. Where are the pre-2017 books as one contains evidence of my Attempted Murder. This has nothing to do with Blotter books, it is the Desk Sergeant Log Books (photo again attached)
