Good day! Good day! I am Iana Tria Meriveles, a graduating student from the University of the Philippines-Diliman taking up Business Administration. In line with our feasibility project about coconuts being processed into coir mats/baskets, we would like to request your good office for answers to our list of questions. September 26, 2018 Dear Iana Tria, Thank you for your request dated Oct 13, 2017 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Location, Name of Operator, and Daily Husk Capacity of Decorticating Facilities in Bicol. The PhilFIDA is only mandated to perform regulatory functions to the coir industry. Our agency only covers the licensing of coir processors and inspection and grading of coconut fibers.
