I Would like to get information on the Local Public Transport Route Plan implemented for Tarlac City.

I am a student from Mapua University in Civil Engineering (CE) course, and I would like to request a copy of the Local Public Transport Route Plan (LPTRP) of Tarlac City that we will use as a reference for our report and research on the subject 'Traffic and Highway Engineering.
