While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the said area for items no. 1, 2 & 3 and for items no. 4, 5 & 6 you may directly coordinate with Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on the same eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/new?agency=MMDA.
