June 20, 2023 Dear Jonathan Rodriguez, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 29, 2022 01:50:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for LLDA Memorandum Order 2001-88. Response to Request We apologize for the late response due to some technical issues encountered by our office. The answer to your question is the reference of the conduct of the Continuing Environmental Education Seminar (CEES) is the LLDA BR 455, series of 2014 as part of the continuing environmental education of the PCOs. Also, CEES is required as one of the conditions of the Discharge Permit (DP) issued by LLDA. We hope we satisfy your queries. Thank you.
