Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because of the current Working conditions of the Central Office due to COVID-19, we are still waiting for the response of Bureau office (within central office) regarding your query..

This Office (DILG-Records Section), has forwarded your query to the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations for appropriate action, however we have not received a direct feedback from their office. Possibly due to the limited working conditions in the office, they cannot immediately act on the query.
