October 27, 2021 Dear Mark Alejado, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct. 18, 2021 09:16:21 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for list of accredited e-governance companies by DICT. Response to your request Please be informed that the Department does not have the particular information that you have requested. The DICT does not accredit companies. Instead, the DICT provides guidance on technical specifications and implementation of ICT systems through the review and approval of agency Information Systems Strategic Plans. What we can provide to you is our eGovernment Masterplan 2022, which you can use to gain a better idea on which direction the digitalization of the government will follow. The plan serves as the blueprint for a harmonized government information system. It outlines DICT’s intent of developing the country’s e-Government systems through the digital transformation of basic services such as public health, basic education, and other programs that cut across the whole of government.
