I have a cataract in both of my eyes that need surgery. I have visited Legazpi eye center and was told that i need to pay 25,000 on top of my PhilHealth coverage. Are there public hospitals in Legazpi City where I can get my cataract surgery for free with my PhilHealth coverage? Thank You!
