Hi! I am Byron Carpio from the Philippine Association of Agriculturists, Inc. I would like to request the list of upland dwellers under the DENR’s Tree Plantation Registry System in the country for the project we will be doing which is conducting a baseline study for family farmers, fisherman, and upland dwellers.
