Hi, I'd like to request any records PAG-ASA may have on previous typhoons or extreme rainfall events to have hit Quezon City from 1997 to 2017, hopefully with the following details:
1. Typhoon name
2. Date and time of landfall
3. Date and time of exit
4. Hourly precipitation rate
5. Areas affected (in barangays, or lat-lon)
6. Flood events
a. Areas affected by flooding (in barangays form, or lat-lon)
b. Max Flood height
c. Hourly flood height
d. Date and time of onset
e. Date and time subsided

We can only give you the list of tropical cyclones that hit Metro Manila and the date of entry and exit in the PAR. And also the daily total rainfall on our station in Science garden, Quezon City. Should this be alright with you, please let us know so that we can start to process your request.
