Section VII of DOLE Freedom of Information which provides, thus: The DOLE-OSEC recognizes the right of the people to information on matters pf public concern. Access to official records, documents and information pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as government generated data/information and researches used as a basis for policy development shall be afforded to the public subject to such limitations as may be provided under Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016: x x x 5.
