I would like to conduct a study about TUPAD program in Barangay San Jose Lipa City Batangas. In order to do, I would like to ask for some information that can help our research study. 
I would like to ask the list of TUPAD beneficiaries in 2020 and 2021 in Barangay San Jose Lipa City Batangas.
It is a big help for us to conduct a study. I hope you can help me and give me more information about the TUPAD program in Barangay San Jose Lipa City Batangas.

This is in response to your message requesting for the list of TUPAD beneficiaries in San Jose, Lipa City, Batangas for 2019 and 2020.  

Section VII of DOLE Freedom of Information which provides, thus:
 
The DOLE-OSEC recognizes the right of the people to information on matters pf public concern.  Access to official records, documents and information pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as government generated data/information and researches used as a basis for policy development shall be afforded to the public subject to such limitations as may be provided under Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016:

Information, documents or records known by reason of official capacity and are deemed as confidential, including those submitted or disclosed by entities to government agencies, tribunals, boards, or officers, in relation to the performance of their functions, or to inquiries or investigation conducted by them in the exercise of their administrative, regulatory and quasi-judicial powers;

Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you the requested information since the list of TUPAD beneficiaries were submitted to DOLE  as a requirement for the processing of benefits, and such lists were forwarded and in the possession of this Region's Resident Auditor.
