Good day ma'am / sir. May I ask for the list of Training Centers in Caraga and Davao Regions offering scholarship on Visual Graphic Design (VGD). I badly need this training for me to take national assessment in VGD and hopefully earn national certificate for me to able to renew my National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC).
