July 9, 2020 Dear lady jeanne, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 08, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for list of the blacklisted korean national. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is restricted under data privacy of 2012 and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from http://immigration.gov.ph/images/CitizensCharter/2020May20_CC.pdf. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Commissioner Jaime H.
