I refer to my letter of May 10, 2023 09:43:36 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of the 22 Manila Bay Reclamation.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information. Please ensure that, in addition to all the mandatory field, in compliance with PRA FOI Manual 2022 Edition revised under Sec. 4.2.4 which states that "The reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be legitimate, specific and clearly described. I am from an international company that are looking for opportunities for dredging and reclamation projects. In line with this we recently found out from a press release that according to PRA assistant general manager Atty. Joseph Literal, there are 22 reclamation projects that has been processed already in different stages, approved, for implementation, subject for compliance, and these projects are not covered by the moratorium.
May I request for the list of these 22 Manila Bay reclamations that are not affected bu the moratorium as we are interested to take part in dredging and reclamation works.
