While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. May we also suggest to please provide us specific technology/area/ crops you wished to start a business.
The Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) , one of the DA’s attached agencies, is task to lead and coordinate the national agriculture and fisheries research and development (R&D) in the country. There are lists of downloadable presentation/production guide for various crops in their website (https://www.bar.gov.ph/index.php)

The Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PHilMech), an attached agency of DA, is task to generate, extend and commercialize appropriate and problem-oriented agriculture and fishery postharvest and mechanization technologies. It is responsible for the conduct of innovative studies, research and development, acquisition, adaptation and development of strategies for the effective dissemination and application of technologies.
