Hi, I would like to request for List of Service Providers for the Automatic Fire Sprinkler System (AFSS) and Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS) in BLIST areas-Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan and Tuba. Thank you.
June 21, 2023 Dear Yolanda, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 19, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for List of Service Providers for AFSS and FDAS. Response to your request Please be informed that "registered business" is different from "registered Business Name". All we can provide is the number of registered Business Names for sole proprietorship. Also, DTI Business Name registration is not a permit or license to engage in any type of business since the permit to operate is issued by the Business Permit and Licensing Office of the concerned LGU. Thus, if you are looking for the actual list of operating businesses, you may inquire with the Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) of the concerned LGU since they are the ones who issue a business permit to operate. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
