SUBJECT: DATA REQUEST FOR THE CONDUCT OF MODE 3- INSTITUTIONAL STEP 1 REGISTRATION OF THE PHILIPPINE IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (PhilSys)
To whom it may concern:
Greetings from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)!
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Provincial Office – Oriental Mindoro is currently conducting the Assisted (Mode 1) Step 1 registration of PhilSys which covers selected barangays in the province. The public may also register through Online (Mode 2) Step 1 Registration through Philsys web portal. Moreover, PSA will also conduct Institutional (Mode 3) Step 1 Registration to allow applicants such as uniformed personnel, medical personnel, employees of the government and private establishments, and students and members of the academe among others.
In line with this, we respectfully request the name/type and the number of personnel/target applicants of each institution in the province of Oriental Mindoro:
• Schools and Universities,
• Boarding schools
