Good Day. I would like to request on the list of SAP Beneficiaries in Brgy Himogaan Baybay, Sagay City. We have to build up evidence to a certain person in that said baranggay, however, he/she is claiming that he/she is not already a resident of the said baranggay. With the help of the list of SAP Beneficiaries, we can justify our claims and we are sure that his/her name os included in that list.

Your request You requested information on the following: (1) List of SAP Beneficiaries in Brgy. Himogaan Baybay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental for case build up with a certain individual hiding his/her true address. The said list will help you justify your claims because you are sure that his/her name is on the said list. Response to your request Unfortunately, this is not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.
