08 August 2022 Dear Mr. Castillo, Greetings from the Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC)! Thank you for your request dated July 13, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You have requested for a list of rice farmers in Norzaragay, Bulacan in 2001 and 2010 covered by crop insurance. Response to your request We have coordinated with our regional office for the information you have requested, however, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, the PCIC does not have the information you have requested. This is because the PCIC Automated Business System (PABS) was established only in the latter part of 2013. Your right to request a review If you are not satisfied with this response to your FOI request, an appeal may be filed by sending an email to [email protected]. Your appeal should explain the reason for dissatisfaction, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of this letter. The PCIC will complete the review and notify you within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the appeal.
