Hi. I would like information for: 1.) LIST OF RETAILERS/PHARMACIES/DRUGSTORES ACCEPTING PCSO GL FOR Auto-Immune Disease Medicine (SECUKINUMAB 150mg). In NCR area and Cavite area so we can ask for official quotation for SECUKINUMAB 150mg. We need this to submit financial assistance from PCSO for medicine. If you can assist in the application itself, it would be appreciated. We live in Imus but we are told we need to use the NCR online application site. The information in PCSO website is only for EPOETIN or FOR POST TRANSPLANT/HEMOPHILIA AND EPOETIN only? None for auto-immune?

November 3, 2023 Dear Jenny Renigen, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 26, 2023 09:19:02 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for LIST OF RETAILERS/PHARMACIES/DRUGSTORES ACCEPTING PCSO GL FOR Auto-Immune Disease. Response to Request Attached herewith are documentary requirements for each type of assistance under the PCSO Medical Access Program. We wish to inform you that the application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the hospital/health facility where the patient is being managed/ treated and if the hospital/facility has a Malasakit Center. Patient confined or being treated in hospitals/facilities with Malasakit Centers should submit their application for assistance thru the Malasakit Centers, while patients being treated in hospitals/facilities with no Malasakit Centers should apply for assistance with the nearest branch offices or thru Online Application for hospitals/facilities in the National Capital Region. The system shall automatically open at exactly 8:00 am (Philippine standard time) Monday to Friday except for holidays. The system is set to accept cases based on the available budget for the day and is subject to reopening at a later time within the day if the daily allocation is yet to be fully utilized. You can find the list of Malasakit Centers nationwide through our website at www.pcso.gov.ph. Look for the Programs and Services tab and click Medical Access Program under CAD Programs and Services. Thank you for your assistance. I was looking for something similar to "List of Medicine Providers Accepting PCSO Guarantee Letter Nationwide" but for SECUKINUMAB quotation. I already have the file which I found in the homepage of PCSO. In the file, it says 'LIST OF RETAILERS/PHARMACIES/DRUGSTORES ACCEPTING PCSO GL FOR CHEMO DRUGS AND SPECIALTY MEDICINES FOR POST TRANSPLANT/HEMOPHILIA AND EPOETIN'. The label was SPECIFIC and SECUKINUMAB, from my understanding, does not fall into medicine for post transplant/hemophilia and epoetin. I thought to ask here but the files attached does not answer my question. We unexpectedly were able to get a quotation from GLOBO ASIATICO which is listed in that file so we will try to get quotation from others in NCR and Cavite branches. I humbly suggest to review the label of 'LIST OF RETAILERS/PHARMACIES/DRUGSTORES ACCEPTING PCSO GL FOR CHEMO DRUGS AND SPECIALTY MEDICINES FOR POST TRANSPLANT/HEMOPHILIA AND EPOETIN' because it appears that they also offer GL for medicine outside this category. Or maybe make a separate list for GL-applicable medicine outside of this category. I might be wrong in thinking SECUKINUMAB is not included in this category - please correct me if I misunderstood. We greatly appreciate the services of FOI and PCSO. Thank you so much for all you do.
