June 29, 2019 Department of Science and Technology Meralco Avenue, Pasig City Subject: Request for list of public schools within Metro Manila and along West Valley Fault To whom it may concern: I would like to request for the following lists that can help me with my masteral thesis entitled "Resiliency based assessment of schools within Metro Manila and along West Valley Fault". 1. Updated list of public school (primary and secondary) within Metro Manila. 2. Updated list of public school (primary and secondary) along West Valley Fault. Based on the news article you have the list of the above mentioned but the list is nowhere to be found in the internet. https://news.abs-cbn.com/nation/05/26/15/list-schools-near-west-valley-fault-revised The purpose of my study is to assess the resiliency of the school buildings with regards to the DPWH Standard for buildings with the use of fragility curve. The output of this study will be a thesis a paper and I will introduce a GIS based map with regards to different buildings and the seismic effects with the aid of fragility curve. Thank you.
