31 August 2021 Dear MS. HYDEE MHARIE BALLESTRA, This refers to your eFOI request received on 19 August 2021 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you asked for the List of Public Auction Highest Bidder for Tranche 187. According to you, the purpose of the request is to know if you are the highest bidder for the property that you have bid for. You stated that the opening of the bid box was held last August 18, however, as of August 19, the Fund's website was not yet updated. We have endorsed your concern to the operating unit concerned – the Acquired Assets Management Group (AAMG). We were informed by AAMG that the subject list was posted immediately upon declaration of winners on 23 August 2021.
