I'm Malden Rey Jaladil a third-year BS Community Development student at the University of Southeastern Philippines-Mintal Campus, Davao City. Being enrolled in the course, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, we are being required to look for the programs or projects being implemented not less than five (5) years ago and evaluate whether those projects have attained their objectives; along with the evaluation process is the determination whether there are areas of the project/s to be improved or there are areas that are worth recommending.
