In this regard, it is with great interest that PHESCO, Incorporated intends to invest in infrastructure projects listed as priority projects under the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) for the Public-Private Partnership (PPP). PHESCO, Incorporated do believe Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is an important component to meet the country’s development goals. In line with this, we would like to request for the list of infrastructure projects listed as priority projects under National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) where we can invest for Public-Private Partnership.

Please note that the formulation of the PIP 2023-2028 is currently ongoing. You may also contact the Public-Private Partnership Center (https://ppp.gov.ph/) and implementing agencies for more information about PPP projects requirements. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
