(If possible kindly include contact details) I have received a list from NFA but it has no contact details aside from the company address The purpose for the request is for marketing purpose of prospective client Also, our clients abroad are looking for possible consignee to import rice. We understand the private act and confidentiality of each of companies, but We assured you this request will not harm in any cause. Also, same with NFA response, the department complied with the Privacy Act in which contact details cannot be distributed unless there is a consent from the said companies. However, you may justify your purpose to the NFA or they may require you to personally get the details only of the companies you may wish to transact.
