Response to the Request
Your FOI request is APPROVED.
We have prepared the list of all officials, employees and other personnel of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) who were present during President Rodrigo Duterte’s visits to China and Singapore, with corresponding foreign travel expenses incurred (see Annexes A and B, respectively). The foreign travel expenses are classified into four types, namely: Daily Subsistence Allowance, Airfare Charges, Operational Expenses, and Representation Allowance.
In addition, we also prepared the list containing all the names who were given access passes to these visits (see Annexes A-1 and B-1, respectively).
The documents you requested are available for PICK-UP during regular office hours at the PCOO, 3F, New Executive Building, JP Laurel St., San Miguel, Malacanan Palace, Manila. Please look for Mrs. Eden Mendoza. She can be reached at 7338665.
