I would like to request the above said documents for the purpose of transparency and to know what PCOO officials -- since most of its Assistant Secretaries and Under Secretaries are present in foreign trips -- are actually doing in such events. Such data is needed to assure the public that such officials are actually working dispelling perhaps notions that they are but wallflowers during said functions.

You asked for the list of PCOO officials in President Duterte's foreign trips, including expenses and allowances, for the period covering 5 September 2016 to 16 December 2016.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is APPROVED.
We have prepared the list of PCOO officials who were in President Rodrigo Duterte's foreign visits, for the period covering 5 September 2016 to 16 December 2016, including expenses and allowances.
The foreign visits are:
6-8 September 2016 to Vientiane, Lao PDR
8-9 September 2016 to Indonesia
23-29 September 2016 to Vietnam
16-18 October 2016 to Brunei Darussalam
18-21 October 2016 to China
25-27 October 2016 to Tokyo, Japan
9-10 November 2016 to Thailand and Malaysia
18-20 November 2016 to Peru
22-23 November 2016 to Auckland, New Zealand
13-14 December 2016 to Phnom Penh, Cambodia
14-16 December 2016 in Singapore
Foreign travel expenses are classified into four types, namely: Daily Subsistence Allowance, Airfare Charges, Operational Expenses, and Representation Allowance.
Further, Operation Expenses are broken down as follows:
- Venue rental for media briefing and Filipino community assemblies;
- Vehicle rental for media personnel and PCOO delegates;
- Meals for media personnel;
- Office supplies and other incidental expenses; and
- Porterage, overweight fees, and miscellaneous expenses for broadcast and other equipment.
The prepared lists also explain the specific tasks of each PCOO official in the said trips.
