May respect to the Chief PNP, PGEN DEBOLD M. SINAS, Attn: PBGEN JOSE MELENCIO CORPUZ NARTATEZ JR (Finance) PBGEN SIDNEY S. HERNIA (PRBS) Sir: Buenas dias! This is to formally request for explanation as to why my brother, Joshua C. Amilhussin (Transferee) who is the qualified dependent/heir entitled to receive the monthly pension of my late father, SPO2 JUKKIM H. AMILHUSSIN who died on August 20, 2005 (per Decree of Entitlement & Distribution) up to April 6, 2019 (date of emancipation) were not included in the List of Payees among the 51,084 (Batch 1) and 2,194 (Batch 2). Gracias.

In this regard, please be informed that upon validation, your brother Mr. Joshua C. Amilhussin is entitled to receive the said differential.
