May 4, 2020 Dear Lydia Grabato, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 02, 2020 07:58:46 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for List of names of Rice Mills in Iloilo Province. Please be informed that the Statistical Act of 2013 (Republic Act No. 10625) provides the confidentiality of information does not apply to specific information in the List of Establishments (LE), the PSA has temporarily suspended the release of LE pending issuance from the Office of the President of the "negative list of products and outputs" related to Executive Order No. 2, series of 2016 or the Freedom of Information Order. In addition, the office is closely studying the implications of the said provision in RA 10625 on the response rate and quality of establishment-and enterprise-based survey/census conducted by PSA.
