Hi would like to request mentioned above list of names submitted SAP FORMS, kasi 2 copies binigay sa asawa ko barangay which wlang binalik and mron iyong id photocopy and 3 signature specimen. kasi wla parin balita kung kasama kami mabgyan..time was fillup mayo 3rd week.wlang dumating na 1st tranche and until now 2nd tranche. Gusto lang namin malaman kung dumating ba talaga ang forms dahil una may mga id photocopy un and 3 signaure baka magamit sa corruptions,iba ang kukuha at gagayahin ang pirma.or baka nsa barangay pa namin na or anu kasi wla silang updates sa mga ng fillup ng mga form.Thank
