Good day!
My name is Mavell Jeremie P. Mallari, a 4th yr Bachelor of Science in Architecture student from TUP-Manila. I would like to request a copy of the statistics of current jail population in ratio with the ideal jail population in CALABARZON. If not available, the latest list of the most congested jails in CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) will also be of great help.
I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Thank you and God bless.
Respectfully yours,
Mavell Jeremie P. Mallari
