Hi DICT, I would like to request a matrix of MITHI projects approved for 2017 with the following fields: -Department -Agency -Project Name -Budget Priority Sector -Description/Rationale -Amount (MOOE, CO, Total) Fyi, DBM has said that the request should be coursed to DICT. Thank you.

December 19, 2016 Dear Verbo, Dear Mr Bonilla, Good day. Our Department is currently unable to respond to the queries made through the eFOI Platform. As such, we are eMailing our response po muna instead, until such time we are able to respond to everyone's query. The 2017 budget (including the budget for the ICT projects of agencies) is pending final approval (GAA2017). The 2017 GAA will be released by DBM once approved and signed into law by the President. Thus, it's premature for us to release such info until the GAA is approved. I hope this helps. Should you have any other concern, please let me know. Thank you. December 20, 2016 Dear Verbo Bonilla, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 13, 2016 02:35:14 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for List of MITHI Projects 2017. Response to Request The 2017 budget (including the budget for the ICT projects of agencies) is pending final approval (GAA2017). Thank you. Please also consider that the National Expenditure Program (NEP) is not the signed GAA, yet it is a public document. The MITHI-approved projects are simply part of the NEP. Looking forward to your posting.
