My thesis aims to assess the school districting in Manila, titled "An Analysis of Memetic Algorithm-Based Spatial Partitioning for Optimizing School Districting in Manila using SPATIAL".
May I request for the data on the public elementary schools and its student capacity categorized by its administrative unit? (e.g. Binondo, Ermita, Intramuros, Malate, Paco, Pandacan, Port Area, Quiapo, Sampaloc, San Andres, San Miguel, San Nicolas, Santa Ana, Santa Cruz, Santa Mesa, Tondo)
