Good day! I am humbly requesting the list of eligible claimants for Time Plan of Loyola. We want to check if my father is included in the list submitted by Loyola to Insurance Commission. My fathers' Time plan matured on May 2016 and we successfully processed it on June 2016. Hoping for favorable response in this matter. Thank you.
