I would like to request for a list of lotto outlet and/franchise with business name, address and contact information. This data will be used in the implementation of R.A..11119 The Social Security Act of 2018, the mandatory coverage of business establishments and their employees.

PCSO has gone through a lotto system transition last October 2023 and we are still completing the type of your information you are requesting (contact information). Further, it would be more helpful for us if you can provide us with more background and information as to the purpose of the data request.
