Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request a comprehensive list of the topnotchers who are from Bato, Camarines Sur, as part of my research for a local history writing project.
As you may know, Bato, Camarines Sur has produced many accomplished individuals who have excelled in various fields, including academics. It would be an honor to recognize these individuals in our local history writing project and showcase their achievements to the wider community.
I am requesting that the list include the names of all topnotchers from Bato, Camarines Sur, along with the respective fields or disciplines.

I refer to my letter of Mar 29, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for List of Licensure Examination Topnotchers from Bato, Camarines Sur. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 21, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
