May we respectfully request for the specific purpose and what particular research is being conducted? Further please be informed that Certified True Copy of Building Permits are exempted from Freedom of Information because it contains personal information, such as address of the person concerned. Hence, what can only be obtained from the said office is a list of building permit issued, in a prescribed period of time. Please be advised also of the suspension of period of action in FOI requests made from 13 March 2020 until 30 April 2020 due to COVID-19 and shall resume on 4 May 2020. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request. As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Aug 27, 2020. You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
